Users and businesses can use Shaare Services User Privacy Settings to limit the use and disclosure of their personal and business information and by keeping them private. Privacy Settings are available on a User's or Business' Profile. The Privacy Settings allow users and businesses to limit disclosure or fully hide personal and business information.
Users and businesses have the option to verify their identity status on Shaare Services. Verified Users and Businesses display an official Verified badge to show that their registration on Shaare Services was done by a verifiable person. User and Business Verification Statuses are certified by an authorized Credit or Debit Card Payment.
Shaare Services provide user and businesses with the option to post links to third party websites and apps. Shaare Services have no control over the content users and businesses share or receive from links posted by third parties and therefore such third party sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy
Shaare Services may collect and use information from your computer and mobile devices for you to our Services and for us to provide you with a personalized user experience. The information we may collect and/or use include:

Shaare Services immediately and permanently deletes your information when you delete your account from our Services. Information you shared with or received from users and businesses on Shaare Services' Digital Business Messaging and Correspondence Sharing Platform would be remain on Shaare Services and be available to only the users and businesses with whom you corresponded. You can request information of all your activities on Shaare Services during the account termination process. This information would be emailed to the email address associated with your account with three months following the termination of your account. Our Services may in some instances continue to store archived copies of your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. Where information about your account is being stored on our Services after you delete your account you will be notified by email.
Shaare Services use industry standards, unique innovative security management systems and international data security regulatory standards to safeguard all information stored with us including the handling of credit card information. Our data storage and processing facilities and systems are audited by third parties to ensure we meet regulatory compliance with data protection laws. As a registered user of Shaare Technologies Services you retain all rights to your Personal Information and can access it anytime. Shaare Services also provides you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. You can update many types of Personal Information, such as payment or contact information, directly within your account settings. Shaare Services are owned and managed by Shaare Technologies LLC, a US based company. But we provide services to users and businesses all over the world. We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Shaare Technologies LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles, UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles, and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.
