Business Account Information: Any user of our Services can register a business which would be identified on our Services by a business name. To register a business, you are ﬁrst required to register as a general user and to provide us with the user information as mentioned in the General User Account Information Section. Secondly, you are required to provide us with some information about your business, such as

8. A user’s or business’ credit card details is necessary only for optional public business veriﬁcation accounts as mentioned in our User and Business Veriﬁcation Accounts Section and/or to pay for products and services offered by Shaare Services.

2. To conﬁrm and verify your business identity and the legitimacy of your business
3. For other users and businesses to identify and communicate with your business on our Services

Contact Information: Contact information from all users including information from businesses and individual business owners, such as your email address or phone number, may be used to customize your account or enable account features, for example, for login. We may use all your contact information to send you information about our Services, to market to you, to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse. With your consent only, (see User Privacy Settings and Information) we may also use your contact information to help others find your account, including through third party services and client applications.
Public and Private Information Sharing and Controls
User Privacy Settings and Personal Information: Users and businesses can use Shaare Services User Privacy Settings to limit the use and disclosure of their personal and business information and by keeping them private. Privacy Settings are available on a User’s or Business’ Profile. The Privacy Settings allow users and businesses to limit disclosure or fully hide personal and business information.
Verified User and Business Accounts: Users and businesses have the option to verify their identity status on Shaare Services. Verified Users and Businesses display an official Verified badge to show that their registration on Shaare Services was done by a verifiable person. User and Business Verification Statuses are certified by an authorized Credit or Debit Card Payment.
Information from Users
Information from Devices: Shaare Services may collect and use information from your computer and mobile devices for you to our Services and for us to provide you with a personalized user experience. The information we may collect and/or use include:
• Device hardware details and software operating system
• Network and connections IP address
• Device camera
• Device microphone
• Selected images and videos uploaded to our Services from your device
• User’s contacts stored on the device
• Cookie ID data stored on your device (see Cookies And Other Tracking Technology)
Sharing and Disclosing Information
Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties: Shaare Services presently works with Third Party data processing service providers for the delivery of our Services to you. We only use Third Parties that are compliant with international data protection standards and contractual obligations prohibits them from using and sharing our users’ personal information and data. In accordance with the Principles of Privacy Shield, Shaare Services is liable for the misuse of personal information and data by our Third Party Service Providers, unless Shaare Services was not responsible for the event or the circumstances resulting in damage. Personal Information Security
Personal Information after Your Termination of Shaare Account: Shaare Services immediately and permanently deletes your information when you delete your account from our Services. Information you shared with or received from users and businesses on Shaare Services’ Digital Business Messaging and Correspondence Sharing Platform would be remain on Shaare Services and be available to only the users and businesses with whom you corresponded. You can request information of all your activities on Shaare Services during the account termination process. This information would be emailed to the email address associated with your account with three months following the termination of your account. Our Services may in some instances continue to store archived copies of your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. Where information about your account is being stored on our Services after you delete your account you will be notiﬁed by email.
Personal Information Security: Shaare Services use industry standards, unique innovative security management systems and international data security regulatory standards to safeguard all information stored with us including the handling of credit card information. Our data storage and processing facilities and systems are audited by third parties to ensure we meet regulatory compliance with data protection laws. Shaare Services has a Data Protection Ofﬁcer who is mainly responsible for data security, international data security regulatory compliance and managing our Data Security Breach Incident Response Plan.
Managing Your Personal Information
Managing Your Personal Information: As a registered user of Shaare Services you retain all rights to your Personal Information and can access it anytime. Shaare Services also provides you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account. You can update many types of Personal Information, such as payment or contact information, directly within your account settings. If you are unable to change your Personal Information within your account settings, please contact us to make the required changes. It’s important to remember that if you delete or limit the use of your Personal Information, the Services may not function properly

company. But we provide services to users and businesses all over the world. We
are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal
Trade Commission (FTC). Shaare Technologies LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S.
Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal
information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Shaare
LLC has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy
Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy
policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles Shaare Technologies LLC commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Shaare Technologies LLC commits to cooperate with the European Data Protection Authorities and comply with advice given by such authorities with regard to data transferred from the EU. Shaare Technologies LLC also commits to cooperate with the Swiss Federal Data and Information Protection Commissioner and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to data transferred from Switzerland.
